The Old and The New

Today we are going to Muse about  my upcoming Artist reception.   If this is your first visit, welcome to Musings. If you have been here before, welcome back. Over time we are going to talk about many things: the past, the present, perhaps the future, travel, art, society and more. Wherever my musing takes me. I hope you will come along with me.

The Old and The New

Well it is January and time for my annual (almost all the time) show presented by Jennifer Garrigues, Inc.

I met Jenny in 2008 when we both received awards, Stars of Design, from DCOTA, the Design Center of the Americas.  Jenny’s award was for Outstanding Interior Design;  mine was in the category of Art.

During the ceremony Jenny said, “I really like your work.  I’d love to have your things in my shop.” (As an adjunct to her practice she has a retail shop on Peruvian Avenue in Palm Beach.)  I’ve worked with Jenny ever since.

So we have a new show

The opening reception and cocktails will be held this coming

Thursday, January 16, 2014, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. at

Jennifer Garrigues, Inc,
308 Peruvian Avenue,
Palm Beach, FL  33480.

If you are in the area, stop by.  If you cannot make the opening, the work will be on display through February 8th, Monday-Saturday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM.

The show title is The Old and The New because I am exhibiting a mix of work, some done this last year and some older work.  Here are examples of the newest works:
